These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Five Star Bath Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") and the Bath Remodel Pro platform (bathremodelpro.app).

1. Services

Five Star Bath Solutions provides bath remodeling services including consultation, measurement, product selection, and installation. Our Bath Remodel Pro platform is used internally to manage appointments, projects, and communications.

2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Customers who choose to opt in to receive text messages from Five Star Bath Solutions (by checking the optional SMS opt-in checkbox on our website or verbally opting in during consultation scheduling) will receive messages related to their appointment and bath remodeling service. This includes:

• Initial outreach to schedule consultations for requested inquiries
• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Installation scheduling and crew arrival notifications
• Customer service communications and post-service follow-ups
• Project status updates

• Program Name: Five Star Bath Solutions Customer Notifications
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your appointment and project status.
• Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
• Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for support, or contact us at (470) 449-3240.
• Supported Carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most major US carriers.

Consent is Optional: Your consent to receive text messages is completely voluntary and is NOT a condition of purchasing any goods, requesting a quote, or receiving services. Mobile phone numbers and opt-in consent data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Appointments and Scheduling

When you schedule an appointment with Five Star Bath Solutions:

• Appointments are scheduled based on mutual availability
• We will confirm your appointment via text message and/or email
• If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances

4. Pricing and Payments

All pricing is provided during your consultation and is detailed in your sales agreement. Payment terms are specified in your individual contract. Financing options may be available through our approved financing partners.

5. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

6. Limitation of Liability

Five Star Bath Solutions provides the Bath Remodel Pro platform "as is." We make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of text messaging services, including but not limited to charges from your wireless carrier.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
